What's the difference between Supporter and All Access?

Supporter ($4.99/month) is for anyone who wants to support Creative Chance and enjoy exclusive discounts on digital and physical products.

All Access ($19.99/month) includes the entire Creative Chance digital collection, future digital releases while subscribed, and additional member benefits.

How do I download products with All Access?

Once you're an All Access member, you can download any digital product for free!

  1. Make sure you're logged in with the account linked to your membership.
  2. Visit the product page of anything you'd like to download.
  3. Select “One-time purchase” and proceed to checkout.
  4. Your 100% member discount will automatically be applied, making the product completely free!

Complete the free checkout, and you'll receive your download link by email.

Tip: Keep your download emails! They also give you access to future updates for those products, even after your membership ends.
Can I keep my downloads if I cancel?

Absolutely! Any digital products you've downloaded are yours to keep, even after canceling your membership.

As long as you keep your original download email and link, you'll also continue to have access to future updates for those products at no additional cost.

Will I receive new products every month?

Not necessarily! Creative Chance projects take time to develop, and new products are released when they're ready.

All Access members get access to new digital releases whenever they become available during their membership. There is no guaranteed monthly release schedule.

Can I cancel my membership anytime?

Of course! There are no long-term commitments. You can cancel your membership whenever you like, and your benefits will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Do I need a membership to buy digital products?

Not at all! All digital products are also available as individual, one-time purchases.

If you only want one project, purchasing it individually might be the better option. If you're interested in multiple creations, All Access could save you money.

What discounts do members receive?

Supporter members receive 10% off digital products and will receive 5% off eligible physical products and merch.

All Access members get all digital downloads included and will receive 10% off eligible physical products and merch.

Does All Access include every Deskimon?

Yes! All Access includes every available Deskimon digital download, along with Hide & Discover and other digital creations.

New Deskimon designs are also included whenever they're released, as long as your membership is active.
